ACH Association is aware of continual and evolving phishing attacks in which consumers and businesses are receiving fraudulent emails appearing to come from NACHA – The Electronic Payments Association™. SHAZAM initially communicated this fraud trend to ACH association members on March 11, 2011 (reference code NACCCCTHE). NACHA reports the attacks are now occurring with greater frequency and increased sophistication.
